This Privacy Policy explains what information Birch Hill Games ("we", "us") collects when you use the birchhillgames.com website (the "Site"), and how we use and protect it. This policy covers the Site only; individual games we publish have their own privacy policies hosted on their own websites (for example, hexlandsgame.com/privacy.html for Hexlands).

Contact form submissions (name, email, topic, message, IP address, user-agent) are automatically deleted one year after submission via an S3 lifecycle rule.

7. Your rights

You can request deletion of a submission you sent by contacting us at hello@birchhillgames.com using the same email address you submitted the form with.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. International users

The Site is operated in the United States (AWS region us-east-1). If you use the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

10. Security

We use standard industry practices — encrypted transport (TLS), private S3 storage, and least-privilege access — to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
